Basic anatomy of my husbands PBH

My husband requires a large amount of calories… so when I make him snacks or meals, they typically have to be higher in calories than what the “normal” for that snack or meal would be.

For example:  He rarely drinks just a glass of milk (this would be more normal), his milk is always “whole” , has protein powder, a banana, almonds or pecans and peanut butter blended in.

His peanut butter and honey sandwiches are also quite special. We start with a seedy, whole grain bread of which a favorite is the “Dakota Bread” from Great Harvest Bread Co.

It is then absolutely smothered in peanut butter (creamy or chunky) on both sides… lay it on thick he would say.

I need a picture of the side view of this baby! Next time… but it is over an inch thick with the filling alone!
